Motherhood can be beautiful — and incredibly demanding.

Many moms come to me feeling tired, overwhelmed, disconnected from their bodies, or unsure where to start again. My role is to support you in finding your way back to feeling strong, rested, and more like yourself — without pressure, guilt, or unrealistic expectations. This is gentle, supportive coaching that meets you where you are, and helps you build strength, energy and balance in a way that works for your life.

The Sunlit Reset | Single Session

60 minutes – 82 €

Online, in person, or by phone.

A single session is perfect if you need:

  • A safe space to talk things through
  • Support with stress, sleep or energy levels
  • Guidance around movement or nutrition
  • A gentle reset during a challenging phase

Many women use single sessions when they feel stuck, tired, or unsure what would help most right now.

You’ll leave feeling clearer, supported, and with simple, doable next steps.

The Sunlit Shift | Mentorship

1 month – 292 €

This option is for you if you feel like you need more than a single conversation — if you want steady support, gentle accountability, and someone walking alongside you for a while.

The mentorship includes:

  • 4 x 45-minute single sessions (one per week; online, in person, or by phone)
  • Ongoing support and regular check-ins between sessions
  • Help navigating stress, sleep challenges and mental load
  • Adjustments to your routines as your weeks unfold
  • A calm, supportive space to ask questions and feel held

This is especially supportive if you:

  • Feel constantly tired or overwhelmed
  • Struggle with sleep or stress
  • Want to rebuild strength after pregnancy or a demanding period
  • Need support creating routines that actually feel manageable

The goal isn’t perfection.

It’s to help you feel more grounded, supported, and capable in your everyday life.
