my approach
The way I work is shaped by four core principles:
my coaching method
Life changes when you become a mom and most health advice is not designed for real life with children. It assumes time, energy, consistency, discipline – things that are often limited in motherhood. Our work follows a simple but yet powerful structure and meets you where you are:
Create safety before change
Before we talk about nutrition plans, workouts or routines, we focus on your nervous system. Chronic stress, sleep deprivation and mental load keep many mothers in survival mode – and real change isn’t possible from there.
Together, we work on:
-
Calming your nervous system
-
Reducing overwhelm and sensory overload
-
Creating moments of safety and rest in everyday life
This step lays the foundation for everything that follows – gently and without pressure.
Build trust with your body again
Many mothers feel disconnected from their bodies after pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Signals like hunger, exhaustion or the need for rest are often ignored out of necessity.
In this phase, we focus on:
-
Rebuilding body awareness
-
Understanding your energy levels and needs
-
Learning to listen to your body without judgment
This reconnection is key for sustainable health – and often the missing link in conventional wellness programs.
Build energy, strength & realistic routines
Once your system feels more regulated and connected, we start strengthening your foundation. This is where nutrition, movement, sleep and stress management come together – always tailored to your life as a mom.
We focus on:
-
Nourishing nutrition without perfectionism
-
Short, effective movement that fits into busy days
-
Habits that support your energy instead of draining it
No rigid plans. No pressure. Just science-based strategies that work in real life.
Adapt, evolve & stay supported through every season
Motherhood is not static – and neither is your health. Needs change as children grow, family dynamics shift and new challenges arise.
In this final phase, we:
-
Adapt routines to changing life phases
-
Build resilience instead of rigid rules
-
Create long-term strategies you can return to anytime
Because sustainable health means flexibility, not discipline.
