Hi, my name is Charlotte and I’m so happy you’re here.

I’ve always been deeply interested in health, balance and how our bodies adapt to life. What started as curiosity became my profession: I trained as a health scientist (MSc) and later as a health & wellness coach in the U.S.

When theory suddenly becomes reality

Before becoming a mother myself, I worked at an NGO focused on newborn health. Then motherhood entered my own life — and changed everything.

I am a mom of two sons, and I know how profoundly life shifts when you become a mother — physically, emotionally, and mentally. During my pregnancies and postpartum phases, I experienced firsthand how complex and fragile maternal health can be. I went through hyperemesis and gestational diabetes, and suddenly all the theory became very real.

Those experiences taught me something no textbook ever could: mothers don’t need more pressure, discipline or “perfect routines” — they need real support, nervous system regulation, and habits that work within real life.

Motherhood is not one transformation. It is a series of ongoing adjustments.

Why I support moms today

As children grow, needs change. What worked in one season may no longer fit in the next — and navigating that constant adaptation alone can feel exhausting.

Today, I combine scientific knowledge with lived experience to support mothers in reconnecting with their bodies. Together, we build realistic routines around nutrition, movement, sleep and stress — not to optimize you, but to support you.

I know that in the middle of daily life as a mom, it can feel almost impossible to take care of yourself.

But small, intentional changes can create meaningful shifts.

Together, we explore your personal health goals, identify what might be standing in the way, and create supportive, realistic steps toward lasting change — helping you build more energy, clarity, and well-being in your daily life.
